Minnick holds B.S.B.A. degree and a L.L.B. / Juris Doctor degrees from the University of Arkansas and has done legal liability educational seminars for the University of Arkansas, University of Mississippi, and University of Oklahoma. Our association is an approved provider for Continuing Education by the Arkansas Professional Bail Bond Licensing Board. Ronnie Minnick is our education director for all classes including Beginning Education. A large portion of the fee ($350.00) is used to pay our lobbyist and political donations.
